We use handwoven material for our products; therefore, it may have some irregularities in weaves and can't be considered a defect.

We can't give any guarantees on colour fastness. Natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash and we cannot offer any returns/exchanges in such cases.

Slight colour variation may occur due to the differences in the display settings of your monitor, tablets, and mobile devices. And we can't offer an exchange or refund in these situations.

Please read the wash and care instructions. Damage caused by employing the wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as the reason for exchange/ refund.

If You have received the wrong product ie the colour, size, or defective/ damaged product we can replace it but it may be subject to the following conditions.

Please return the product within 7 business days of receiving it in an unused condition along with the original tags and original sales invoice. And the product was not purchased at discount.

We can't give an exchange or refund for the product which is customized as per your requirements. (ie, colour, customized sizing, additional embroidery, or different pattern from the original item). We can only make the same item altered in this case.

The customer will be responsible for further courier charges for returning or exchanging an item unless the product was received the wrong product or in a damaged condition.

Only one replacement is permitted against each purchase.

Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid further damage to the product. The product will not be replaced or refunded if it is found damaged.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you through mail/ WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of the return. If deemed fit for return we will replace the product. We do not offer refunds. The replacement items will be dispatched to your address in 5-7 business days. If deemed not fit for return we will send the products back to you.
